Sign libchallenge_bypass_ristretto.dylib on Mac.

Fixes brave/brave-browser#4694

Patches chrome/installer/mac/signing/signing.py: adds
libchallenge_bypass_ristretto.dylib to the list of libs that are signed
during creation of dist.
