All bookmark folders not shown in dropdown

I'm having some issues with the bookmarks on a Mac (Sierra 10.12.5)
-If I do a drag&drop of a bookmarks on a folder, nothing happen...
-Also the window doesn't scroll at a specific amount of bookmarks.

• Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
  Mac (Sierra 10.12.5)

• Brave Version (revision SHA):
  0.18.14.

• Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have more than 30 bookmark folders
  2. Edit a bookmark
  3. Drop down only shows upto 29

• Actual result:
  All bookmark folders not shown in dropdown

• Expected result:
  Should show all bookmark folders

@srirambv can you please re-test this with 0.20? I think this should be fixed.
