Opening images in new tab opening invalid URLs

Reproducible steps:

1. Go to: https://brave.com/index.html#faster
2. Select 'Open image in new tab' from context menu on the image.

Result:

The opened URL is: http://assets/img/bg/pageload_graph.png (which is invalid URL).

Another related issue is when you copy the URL into clipboard (Copy image address). The address is: assets/img/bg/pageload_graph.png (which is invalid).
