Add showSaveDialog/showOpenDialog API

Follow up of #385

We should preserve these two API for users who are familiar old signatures
for select-open-file and select-saveas-file and add a multi option for showOpenDialog that uses select-open-multi-file
But we will still keep showDialog for flexibility.
