Net3.5- and Win8.1-Assemblies are not moved to subfolder

The result is that if you have a normal net3.5- and a win8.1-assembly you get an error (duplicated uri)

Shouldn't you turn on NuBuildAddBinariesToSubfolder property?

Those project types miss the TargetFramework attributes...a pain.
it should be great to be able to manually set the target framework, thus the folder name oin the nuget package, manually editing the reference properties.
