Accumulo binding doesn't work with kerberos enabled cluster

If an Accumulo cluster is set up to use Kerberos for authentication (ref accumulo docs on setting up kerberos), ycsb will fail because we expressly set up a password based token.

With default logging settings, the client just silently waits showing no progress.
