Battery level indicator and nearly depleted notification

This allows to let user know when it is soon time to go fetch a charger.

Alternatively, this can also be used to power off the device, with a message saying "battery too low, powering off" that allows to keep enough battery to at least warn the user when the battery is low all the way through the day.

Maybe something for main.lua at every few loop iterations...
