I started implementing Vue support. Let me know if you are interested in this and I'll further push this forward.

Note https://github.com/antfu/vite-plugin-md which I've been using with Vue and vite-plugin-ssr for a while.

@philippkuehn A PR would be more than welcome. (I has some issues back then because I'm not familiar with Vue but AFAICT it should be straigforward to implement given enough Vue knowledge.)
