Add into attachment message a summary with count of the unresolved and resolved issues.

Progress: x U, y R, z T
Where:

U: unresolved discussion
R: resolved discussion
T: total count of discussion comments

Gitlab API don't provide access to this data. Waiting to this issue be resolved. This will provide data in Gitlab API to do our summary.
