Calculate position of a simple up/down blind using runtime estimation #337

Some older blinds do not provide the current position and can only be positioned using up/down commands.

But HomeKit uses the blind position in the UI to

let the user set a specific position
show the current position

We should try to provide an estimated position using a runtime estimation.
