Separate fixing files from source and auto PR

I would love to be able to run this script over all markdown files in my project, but I'd like to just pass in a directory, or a list of files, and not have a PR auto-generated.

Hey, you can fork it, point to your directories and remove the repo cloning PR generation. If you're stuck, tell me that I could help you out.
