Thanks for BulkTracker! As a person maintaining dozens of packages, I wish BulkTracker could help me tell at a glance whether anything I'm specifically responsible for is currently broken anywhere.

This is a great suggestion. Unfortunately, the maintainer information is not tracked at all at the moment. I will think of something.

Aspects to be considered:

  1. Schema: adding a maintainers table (id and email?) and a maintainer column to pkgs
  2. Consistency: either accept that whichever bulk report arrived most recently will determine who we currently think the maintainer is, or else snarf maintainer info from our own up-to-date pkgsrc checkout instead of from bulk reports
  3. Insert: initially populate maintainers table and the new row in pkgs
  4. Update: note when a package's maintainer has changed, and perhaps also note when a maintainer no longer has any packages
  5. Query: UI for looking up all package-build-statuses by maintainer

Others?

Getting the maintainer is easier than I assumed, since it is part of the machine-readable report.

Other than that, fully agreed on the way to implement this.
