The login in the middle of a search was quite user-unfriendly in the previous version of the app. During trainings I observed quite a few users just give up at that stage while they had a BDRC account. As a user I would prefer to be asked to login once as part of the installation process.

@ngawangtrinley could you add a step by step to repeat this? I have also not experienced this.

actionnitems:

  • Elie to add a way to take the token from the viewer link URL
  • Asa to add the token to the URL when view is clicked
  • Consider adding a longer token TTL

@subsystem7 the url can now take a token= parameter that should make it work
