Incidents don't load when "Show All" selected.

JavaScript console:

[Log] Loaded event incident reports (incidents.js, line 93)
[Error] TypeError: null is not an object (evaluating 'incidentsTable.draw')
	showState (incidents.js:340)
	onclick (Script Element 1:1)

This appears to have been a transient error; can't reproduce again…

I haven't seen this either. Fixed, I guess?
