Hello, thanks for sharing this amazing work.

I am trying to re-train and get the clinical outcome prediction results. Is the model_name_or_path for doc_classification file bvanaken/CORe-clinical-outcome-biobert-v1? And I used 4 A-100 to train it, it gonna take about 10 days to train 199 epochs. Is this normal?
