Commit 7ed9e09e2d13 in linux, first released in v6.12, renamed the pad field of io_uring_getevents_arg to min_wait_usec. I think the bindings in src/io_uring.rs should be regenerated to reflect this change.

This is now implemented in #1258 on the main branch. The main thing now is to find time to ship the next major-semversion bump of rustix.
