We need to add a step to the monitor workflow that syncs the multiqc report in /nb/Research/ with those in /lb/robot/ after the final multiqc report is generated.

I attempted adding a new step FinalSync to the workflow but ran into some issues with tags and input files. I've removed my additions for now to keep the monitor running, but creating this issue as a reminder to work on this. Might need to ask Ed for help with understanding nextflow better.
