os: debian 11.3
Use this command: ovpm net def --name example1 --type SERVERNET --cidr 172.16.16.0/24
The following problem occurs:

➜ ~ ovpm net list
ERRO[0000] grpc error: rpc error: code = Unavailable desc = connection error: desc = "transport: Error while dialing dial tcp [::1]:9090: connect: connection refused"
