Automated dbt Cloud Project Setup (using Terraform)

As a data engineer,

I want to have dbt Cloud projects automatically created and configured,
So that I can start developing and deploying dbt models without manual setup.

Acceptance Criteria:

Use Terraform to create and configure dbt Cloud projects, including connecting them to the data warehouse.
Automatically deploy pre-defined dbt models to newly created projects from a Git repository.
