Update sync-media to handle split clusters #40

We noticed during Q3 backup verifications that recent changes in the structure of the a client's clusters split production and staging. The current implementation of sync-media assumes that both staging and production are in the same cluster.

AC:

  • sync-media should work for environments that are split over different clusters.
