The getting started docs have you load start_project script and project_tmpl into the same folder, but the instruction to specify the current directory for the location of project_templ instead of the default of .. is not clear in the docs as it is buried in the lengthy stdout of the script and is easily overlooked.
It is easy to wrongly assume that the getting started procedure would be to except most defaults of the script.
Furthermore if project_templ is not where specified, and exception should be raised earlier. Instead there is an error from pip about not being able to find the requirements.txt file.
