Is this module maintained?

There seem to be a number of issues related to missing methods and it seems that it hasn't been updated in 4 years. #49 is a blocker for me, for example.

So I'm wondering whether we can rely on this module being updated or if there is an alternative.

Looks like @calvinmetcalf has no time to maintain it.
