Devices not listed - Latest adb.exe returns list of devices in a format thats not recognised.

I tracked this down to the regular expression(s) being used to process the value returned from the
adb.exe devices -l
command.

I am about to update it, but don't really understand how the 'build' of this repo is supposed to work - I don't have the password to the certificate so turned off signing and just built it as is and debugged from there... So if I fix this, I don't know how to submit my changes back... and am not sure if this project is still active... If not, because there is something better, do let me know!! And I'll switch and stop working in this!!

I can also see my device listed by adb.exe devices -l, but nothing is detected by this software, so it is useless!
