Current Github toolkits supports

            OpenAIFunction(self.retrieve_issue_list),
            OpenAIFunction(self.retrieve_issue),
            OpenAIFunction(self.create_pull_request),
            OpenAIFunction(self.retrieve_pull_requests),

we need to further support code pulling
