To make it both easy to create an account and not so in your face, the Acquisition Team would like to run an experiment by having a link in the top nav between the docs sections and the search bar.

Considerations: Top-nav is already "full" and would require custom development and CSS adjustments to add any additional content, regardless of size. This is likely a size L (or bigger) project.

Additional changes: Remove Sign Up banner.

Labeling this as an enhancement since it may require more development time than an ideal experiment would (easy to implement, easy to tear down).
