Investigate use from Java / building off Java

What should we do?

The run-time is currently python based, however usage scenarios include Java, i.e. maven based setups. A lot of Java knowledge is present in the organiuation, too, hence:

• Investigate how this can be used from Java (maven) setups
• Investigate if we can port the run-time to Java

Why should we do it?

Ensure it is usable from Java Setups, but also can be easier maintained by a larger audience.
