'-cr' is a must-have option to run ds-wrapper.pl - please include in help output

Hi there,

to run ds-wrapper.pl via singularity the option '-cr' (defaulting to 350000) needs to be included - otherwise the wrapper crashes shortly after startup.

The help output of ds-wrapper.pl -h does not include this option. I guess it would be helpful to include it.
