@lucaskanashiro looks like github workflows are broken, so ideally those need to be fixed up.

I am going to take a look at it. In a first glance, it seems to be an issue in the Snapcraft build action (when installing LXD and other dependencies), I'll try to understand better what's happening.

- libnetwork is now shipped as part of moby/moby. Removed libnetwork part.
  The docker-proxy binary is installed in the engine part.
- Update containerd to version 1.6.21
- Update runc to version 1.1.7
- Update nvidia-container-toolkit and libnvidia-container to version 1.13.5
- Update buildx to version 0.11.2
- Update compose to version 2.20.3
This reverts commit c4da69f.

This patch was already applied by upstream in version 24.0.5.
