Is it expected that tests/unit/test_mongodb_lib.py::TestMongoServer::test_init_replset_error_handling takes 3 minutes? (from here: https://github.com/canonical/mongodb-k8s-operator/actions/runs/4305378672/jobs/7507728842)
