Subject: [PATCH] DPE-1180 Update icon to the common for Data Platform charms
 (#233)

## Issue
The icon was missing in the repository. To publish and list the charm,
we need to provide the icon (Definition of Great).

## Solution
Add the icon explicitly. Use common one until the dedicated provided by
WEB Team.
