How to rescale both axis on zooming?

When my data has sudden dips and sudden peak values I have a requirement to be able to see the dips/peaks properly on the chart.
Which is why when I zoom into data both axis should scale appropriately

Can this be done with carbon charts?

In the below image when I zoom in to the lower values my y axis should rescale to 0 - 8 so that the anomalies can be easily spotted, even though the max value on my chart is 900 (see first img) which is out of bound now because I have zoomed in
