Add info icon to information notifications to kits once it's in code.

Open issue: carbon-design-system/carbon#5190
PR: carbon-design-system/carbon#5203

  • In code, will be released Feb 3.

In Kits:

  • White
  • Gray 10
  • Gray 90
  • Gray 100

will be in next kit update

in code i think we should be changing the fills of the icons to white or black for accessibility reasons
