[Compact breadcrumb] Final design specs

Acceptance criteria

• Create final design specs to add the compact breadcrumb into our system.
• In the spec, we need to align on what we will be naming this new size and what we will name our current default size.
  • For example: For the Link component we have 3 sizes: Large, Medium, and Small. Medium is the "default" size.
