Modification to switch instruments on the haxophone

Hi,

I created some config files for the haxo service and a script to switch instruments. The switch to another instrument contains the sound and the transpose mode.

This is part of a larger project where I want to build a sort of remote control for the haxophone that does exactly this: switch instruments.
