Update to latest AWS SDK.

BREAKING: Remove use of region CLI option, now use DefaultAWSCredentialsProviderChain to determine region to run in. See http://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-java/v1/developer-guide/credentials.html

This is consistent with the credentials handling and makes running from within instances within regions much less effort.
