建议增加查询电影的 originaltitle

看 Server 端的日志，在查询字幕时只搜索了电影的中文名（Title），
建议优先搜索外文原名（original title），可以避免因为译名不同而错过字幕。
（还可以带上年份来避免重名的问题。）

所以是因为Jellyfin没有提供相应的API而无法通过 original title 进行搜索？
