Iteration 1 Presentation Results:

It seems as though the customer liked the interface that we have, but was extremely apprehensive regarding how the form would be updated in the future (apparently minor changes are made every 2 years or so). Solutions to this suggested by the customer primarily included creating a control panel to effortlessly edit the form and have database models and views update automatically, or moving to using google as the primary means of data storage and handling as opposed to a database.
