There is a strange bug in the Flutter SDK.

On the first try, the PhonePe app takes ages to open when used with UPI intent (the pink loader just keeps on rotating). However, if I retry then the PhonePe app opens instantly. I am attaching a screen recording for you to look over.

Device - Google Pixel 6A
Cashfree SDK Version - 2.1.1+31

  • is this sandbox or production?
  • is this happening every time or randomly sometimes?

Hi @vinz-mehra
2.1.1 was a recent release, did you face this issue in previous versions as well ?

@rajnandan1

  • Its a production environment
  • It's happening randomly sometimes

@suhas-cashfree

I didn't try it on the previous version. We have just now released the app with Cashfree SDK with 2.1.1+31 being the first version.

The purple loader is from phonepe app itself. We do not have any control over that.
But this delay in opening of psp app is happening for any other psp app ?

I know the purple loader is of PhonePe but the issue is only occurring with Cashfree SDK. It's working fine with Razorpay.

This delay is only happening with PhonePe app.
