Release Cashonize v0.1.1 for Desktop (Windows)

New in this release: the used blockexplorer is now a user configurable setting
Further v0.1.1 adds some small improvements such as an insufficient BCH balance when attempting token transactions without Bitcoin Cash in the wallet and refreshing the tokenlist after burn.

Cashonize-quasar is the codebase for the ongoing Cashonize rewrite from the ground up.

Because of the ongoing rewrite the feature set differs from the mainline cashonize webwallet.

Installation

For Windows, download and run the installer Cashonize-Setup-0.1.1.exe to install Cashonize as an application on your pc.
