Zone Activities for farming does not report it's too cold

Describe the bug

Doing farming manually reports if its too cold, but doing it with a zone activity doesn't. That's confusing.

My third screenshot demonstrates examining the terrain.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Try to farm in spring or winter with a Zone.
2. You can't. And it won't explain why.
