CUSE support?

CUSE is "Character devices in user space", and the Linux cuse module (which depends on fuse) provides access to it via /dev/cuse, as well as the libfuse library providing an interface here: https://github.com/libfuse/libfuse/blob/master/lib/cuse_lowlevel.c . I am not certain if CUSE support would fit into fuser though, or if it should be a separate crate.
