C/C++ MINPACK runs the full test suite, but this one is better.

Hi,
The README.md in this repo states that C/C++ MINPACK doesn't run the full test suites, but it does. OK it's not perfect (the reference results are only valid on intel x86_64 arch), but it's there.
The way you coded the tests is more portable, though. Since it seems like your code is released under the MINPACK license, could you contribute those to C/C++ MINPACK?
