As an author of the package, I'd like to tell cdnjs that a certain package is obsolete, replaced, or just the author doesn't want it to be indexed by the search engines. This might be useful for the dev. experience so certain (obsolete, unmaintained, replaced...) packages won't be included in the search engine results. Therefore, there is a higher chance developer will use the best and up to date package for his/her needs.
Hello! Is there any chance you will address this issue in the foreseeable future? If you don't have resources, could I implement it? Thank you.
Cheers!
👋 If you are willing to implement it, that'd be great! I believe the first port-of-call would be https://github.com/cdnjs/tools to update all the CI/bot parsing logic to handle a new field for a deprecated/no-index flag/message, then the API and here to actually do something with that new data :)
