Summary

start date for how did it start in confirmation page still show even not choosing the radio button-Bug

One paragraph explanation of the bug.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to How did it start page, choose radio button for how many times did this happen.
  2. go through to confirmation page. start date shows there with empty value. i
