Hello,

Recent versions of Lingam don't install all packages needed. For example, when I install using lingam via pip in a conda environment file, I need to manually add igraph, factor analyzer, and pygam. Is there a way around this?

Hi, @vdemchenko3. Thanks for reporting this problem.
I'll fix this in v1.7.1, which will be released shortly.

Hi,

Thanks for the v1.7.1 update! I'm running into an issue with the progress bar library installed by pygam. It seems to be using an older version of the collections library. Is this something you could address as well?

Hi, @vdemchenko3

An issue with a similar problem was posted on the progressbar2 GitHub.
wolph/python-progressbar#276

I don't know why, but it seems that an older version of progressbar2 is being used. Could you try updating it?
