Comet's/celestia-core JSON RPC has OpenAPI specification. We should consider having one for the node as well. This will complement the existing API docs and playground with a more structured spec.
Naively, we would manually specify things and maintain things there. Alternatively, we could implement a tool similar to docgen that can generate a barebone doc that we extend with necessary things and concepts on top.
