[Android][Suggestion]Deep Link should work for reason text on “Sent Payment/Received Payment” screen when user send/received payment with linkify reason.

Repro on: Moto E (4.4.4), Samsung Galaxy A8+ (8.0.0)
Testing Account: 680 208 0265/Backup Kay

Repro Steps:

1. Launch the app.
2. Tap on + Tab.
3. Select any celo user.
4. Enter an amount in Amount
5. Enter any URL for instance www.google.com.
6. Tap on the Send button.
7. Tap on the “Send” button on the Review payment screen.
8. Make sure payment action is shown on the “Activity” screen from the wallet tab.
9. Tap on Sent payment action.
10. Tap on the URL: www.google.com and observe.

Impact: User is unable to click any URL.
Current Behavior: Deeplink is not worked
Expected Behavior: Deeplink should be work
