Can't use Belgian phone number at celo.org/build/wallet

Hello,

I would like to check out the app. But I have some troubles with my phone number.
Which is a Belgian one of the form
+32456654123

The response I get is:
Unable to complete - double check your number
The number should be oke.

The recaptcha is also reset each time I press the "Get Started" button.

Let me know when I should test it again.
