Komenci/AS/SDK integration for ODIS pepper verification

This ticket is a follow up to #9235 and describes the steps needed to finalize integration of the ODIS pepper verification changes

• After a new version of the Identity SDK that includes the changes from ODIS returns unblinded signature #9393 has been released, Querying the identifier also returns the unblinded signature komenci#249 has to be updated to consume this new version
• A new AS version including changes from Attestation service pepper verification #8692 needs to be released
• A new komencikit also needs to be released with the changes
• Validators should be asked to upgrade to the new AS version
• Valora needs to integrate with the new komencikit, identity SDK and AS service
