Update the helm charts labels to the new app.kubernetes.io namespace:

What is the value to the end user? (why is it a priority?)

Helm chart is up to standard, what the users expect.

How will we know we have a good solution? (acceptance criteria)

All the helm labels updated to the new namespace.
